ACHE’s 2018 Congress on Healthcare Leadership

Trish Anen, Principal and APC Workforce Practice Co-Leader, will co-present with Phoenix Children's Hospital, recognized as a Best Children's Hospital from U.S. News and World Report, at ACHE's 2018 Congress on Healthcare Leadership.

The presentation is entitled “APCs: A Comprehensive Strategy to Integrate, Optimize and Engage”, and will present national trends and leading practices in the utilization of APCs and the need for comprehensive strategies that include well-defined models of care, leadership structures, and onboarding, compensation and workforce planning programs to support their optimization. It also highlights how Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH), one of the nation’s leading pediatric hospitals, worked with physicians, APCs and executives to implement a strategy that has resulted in improved access, quality, and service.
