Laurie Randall is the Growth and Development Officer with Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc. in Minneapolis. Laurie works with clients in the areas of strategic organizational planning, talent acquisition and management, mergers and acquisitions, business integrations and change management and employee communications. Within the Firm, she leads people, process and technology strategies to drive business growth and workforce development.
Laurie brings over 18 years of experience in human resources, strategy development, recruiting and operations in the consulting services industry and operations and asset portfolio management.
Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Laurie was the Vice President of Human Capital for Ingenix Consulting. She contributed to business performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organizational development strategies, including recruitment and workforce planning, talent management, employee satisfaction and retention, change management, employee communications and mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, Laurie worked for Thomson-Reuters leading talent acquisition for the North America legal division. Laurie also held a variety of human resources leadership roles for Watson Wyatt Worldwide with her final role as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, where she was responsible for the strategy and execution for all staffing across North and South America.
Laurie is a graduate of Bethel University with a BA in organizational leadership and is an active member in the Society of Human Resources and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
