Formerly, Tim was a principal and co-founder of Diversified Medical Management. He has considerable experience in evaluating and negotiating purchase and sale transactions of community-based and academic physician practices. Tim’s extensive experience in the appraisal process ensures that healthcare clients receive a professional independent valuation in conformity with industry standards.

In addition, Tim is skilled in the development of strategic business plans aimed at optimizing the financial and operational performance of medical practices and integrated delivery systems. Tim concentrates on analyzing physician compensation packages for reasonableness. It is his opinion that compensation packages should be designed to encourage physicians not only to be accountable for their clinical work, but also to contribute to the strategic success of the overall organization.

Tim holds active memberships in the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
