This survey covers the pay levels and practices of major hospitals in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Separate summaries by state are provided in the survey report. Over 270 non-management, supervisory, and manager level job titles are surveyed. The survey report presents average pay and pay ranges. The survey report is available to participants only.
