The Compensation of Executives in Not-for-Profit Healthcare Organizations – A two-day seminar for board members and executives. Participants will receive hands-on training, with exercises designed to apply learning immediately and assess their organization’s executive compensation program.
  • Day 1 - overview followed by board/committee roles and responsibilities along with IRS rules, competitive market information, performance assessment and base salaries.
  • Day 2 - incentives, supplemental benefits and perquisites along with total remuneration, administration and contract issues.
