Kay Jensen Joins Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc.
(July 1, 2004) - Kay Jensen (51) of Mequon, WI, has joined Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc., a human resources consulting firm, as a senior consultant. Ms. Jensen will be based in both Chicago and Milwaukee. Previously, she was a senior consultant with Towers Perrin and she also served as chief human resources officer for a healthcare system in the Midwest and a primary care clinic. Ms. Jensen has over 20 years experience in healthcare human resources.

In addition to project work ranging from human resources audits to development and implementation of healthcare employee compensation programs, Ms. Jensen provided on-site human resources leadership for a number of hospitals and healthcare systems during mergers or other transitions.
Ms. Jensen received her bachelor of arts from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, and her masters in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois.
