Mike has more than 30 years of executive management and consulting experience in compensation and human resources in health care, financial services, telecommunications, consumer products and manufacturing. He has worked extensively with senior management and boards of directors in the development of strategy and design for executive, employee and physician compensation, as well as in the design and implementation of organization change and performance management initiatives.

Mike recently contributed to the American Health Lawyers Association’s 2009 book entitled, "Corporate Governance Implications of Nonprofit Executive Compensation." He has also written and spoken frequently on executive compensation issues.
Mike has an undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York. He is a member of WorldatWork, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administrators as well as the California Hospital Association, the Hospital Association of Southern California, the Hospital Association of Northern and Central California and the Massachusetts Hospital Association.
