Lenore Morin
Executive Benefits Practice Leader
Lenore Morin is a Managing Principal with Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc. She serves as the National Practice Leader for SullivanCotter’s Executive and Physician Benefits service line. Additionally, Lenore is responsible for managing client relationships and client projects, particularly in the areas of strategic benefit planning, change management, and total rewards for the general workforce and executives. She also assists in coordinating resources to meet client needs.

Lenore has more than 25 years of consulting experience and has managed client relationships across a range of businesses and industries, with heavy emphasis on not-for-profit health care organizations. Her consulting experience has concentrated in strategic human resources planning, benefit strategy, total rewards, communication and change management. Her role on assignments includes:

  • Providing strategic and technical consulting to boards, all levels of management and supporting staff.
  • Developing total reward or benefit strategies for executives, physicians and the general workforce (e.g., exempt, nonexempt, union, part-time, retirees).
  • Providing quality assurance review of client deliverables and client-developed materials.
  • Assisting with the design, implementation, regulatory compliance, reporting and disclosure requirements, and administration of benefit programs.
  • Offering technical advice on compensation/benefit-related issues to clients’ outside vendors (e.g., counsel, auditors, brokers, other consultants).
  • Updating clients on benefit trends and the regulatory environment.
  • Working with attorneys, vendors and accountants to draft required documents and evaluate impact of certain benefit/compensation programs on financial statements.
  • Assisting in implementing and communicating total reward and benefit programs.

Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Lenore was a principal with Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions (formerly Buck Consultants) and Towers Perrin with consulting experience in different human resource areas.  At Towers Perrin, she served as the southeast leader of the health care industry consulting practice.

Lenore has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Colby College. She is a contributing author to Physician Compensation Arrangements – Management & Legal Trends. She is also a member of WorldatWork, the Society for Human Resource Management, and Women in Pension.
