  • Ensuring our Independence with regard to any potential conflict of interest.  This begins before we ever start our work to ensure we understand the critical issues associated with sound governance.
  • We carefully articulate the problem that needs to be solved.
  • Scope out the process required to deliver the most value both in quality and in speed to completion.

Once we scope out the process, we diligently, define the appropriate process to begin work factoring in sound governance and fiscal oversight.

Serving as senior advisors, we partner with Boards and Executive Leadership to uncover and solve problems.  We apply sound governance practice combined with fiscal oversight following a five-step process:

  2. Analyze and Assess the Current Environment
  3. Identify Opportunities and Potential Exposure
  4. Design the Appropriate Solution
  5. Develop and Prioritize Action Steps

While this is our standard approach, we also tailor our approach to your organizations unique needs.  Our solutions are not a one-size-fits-all approach.  We do not develop products in search of a solution.
